Not working

this application does not work, it is almost impossible to get it to connect, i am using HBplayer from the same company and it works just fine, i used the same settings, it works on HBplayer but not on this DVRmobile app for some unknown reason, there is no support what so ever, no website no nothing. the difference between the two is that this one you can play your recorded videos.
not worth the download unless they fix the problem or they put some clear instructions about how to set it up.
